Camgirl alert: for only $ 28 some user could hack your camera

A few days ago the Chinese media reported that anybody could access thousands of vulnerable computer cameras with the help of chinese hackers for only 188 yuan, which is equal to 28 dollars.

If we told you, after hearing this news,  that it was easy to prevent a user from spying on your webcam when you stopped broadcasting your shows, you’ll probably implement these tips so this would never happen to you, because first there were rumors about this situation, but in China the news are that hackers are using specialized software to access webcams around the world.

These cyber-attackers are using the social network QQ to share user names and computer passwords to promote their sell-offers information to their customers so each day they add among 200 to 400 credentials to the platform to access Webcams.

How do they do that? Because in QQ they create large chat groups where they make payment transactions and stole information from unprepared people, that’s the reason why you shouldn’t be one of them. Remember that your camera is your main work tool and you should find a way to prevent anyone who dares to buy this “service” from being able to violate your room privacy and your personal life.

Of course, the response was immediate and the web community have made available some methods; so that models can be aware and prevent this, one of these recommendations is to change your camera default security settings, because keeping them makes easy to hack, you can also install a notify software that alert you if someone wants to enter your webcam.
