From this activity you can do 15 repetitions on each side.

Air Swimming: Lie on your abdomen, raise your arms and legs while alternating each of your limbs as a “scissors”, counts to 20 seconds and stops. Return to the starting position to rest 2 seconds. This exercise can be done slowly but firmly. Repeat 10 times.

 

With a broomstick: nothing is easier and more effective than this exercise, to do it you should stand with your legs slightly open and grab a broomstick or a cylinder, which you are going to take with your arms extended above your head. Tilt your torso to one side and then to the other for a total of 20 reps on each side.
