Learn to avoid and eliminate stretch marks so you look cute on camera

The worst nightmare for every woman is usually the appearance of stretch marks , they are skin marks similar to bands or bruised lines. They are located in the areas of connective tissue, especially the wall of the belly, buttocks, hips, legs, thighs, back and breasts.

Stretch marks are common in pregnant women, but pregnancy is not the only explanation. This is because stretch marks can affect both men and women and can be caused by different factors including:

  • Fast weight gain: Increasing a lot of weight in a relatively short period of time can tear the skin, but the stretch marks may disappear after losing weight
  • Puberty: Periods of accelerated growth at puberty can result in stretch marks.
  • Inappropriate use of medications: Cortisol in corticosteroids can decrease the protein (collagen) that gives firmness and elasticity to the skin.

In some cases the stretch marks will disappear by themselves, although incompletely, this happens once the skin has recovered from tear. However, the chances of them remaining are very high.

Drink a lot of water

64 percent of our skin is water. So, stay hydrated the whole day but avoid coffee and sodas.

Daily exercise routines

One of the most effective ways to prevent stretch marks or reduce their appearance is exercises. This is because the exercises will tone your body and increase the elasticity of the skin.

Apply Aloe Vera Gel (Aloe Vera)

This plant contains essential nutrients and active compounds, which are beneficial in many skin conditions treatment such as sunburn, wrinkles, acne, wounds and eczema. It is also very effective against stretch marks.

To remedy stretch marks (repair torn skin), just cut a straight line from the plant and apply it to the affected area.

Oil massages in the affected area

Massaging the affected area with natural oils (cod liver oil, olive oil, vitamin E, flaxseed, coconut oil and red palm) will relax and soften stretched skin. If you already have stretch marks this will reduce them and if they do not appear on your skin this will help prevent them.

Exfoliate

The exfoliation removes dead skin cells and opens up space for new and healthy cells.

There is no magic treatment to eliminate stretch marks, but there is no single method that you can use to get rid of them completely. You should try different methods to create an environment where they can cure or at least reduce their appearance, this along with other natural remedies can achieve the results you are looking for. The more you combine, the better. Consistency is also important.
